RETURNS Policy
Return Policy is applicable ONLY if misprinted/damaged/defective items!!
Any claims for defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
And please note:
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.

You have 14 days to return the package at your or our expense (depends of the situation). Any return, without exception, must be preceded by writing (e-mail) and automatically obtaining a file number from SkullSymphonies's customer care to provide total traceability and security.
Please return the products in their original packing, unused and unwashed, with the order number, to the address below:

K.H Digital Art will reimburse customers for defective products within 30 days of receiving them. Reimbursement will be done using the payment method used by the customer at the time of their order, or by issuing a voucher.
